What is the return policy?
We hope you like all the items you buy from Aylin Mona, but if something doesn’t work, we are here to help you!
All purchased items can be returned within 30 days. Make sure the items are not worn, unwashed, and undamaged. Please note that all items must be returned in their original packaging, including the label attached to the item.
See below for exceptions and rules:

Items worn, washed, or damaged by customers will not be accepted for return.

The original label must be attached and intact.

If you think you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 working days from the date of delivery.

We do not accept the return of the final sale product. The final sale product meets one of the following criteria:

Underwear, jewelry, and all other products in "accessories."

Any product marked with a discount of 50% or more at the time of sale.

Please note: The item will show as the final sale when it is placed in the shopping cart, and it will also show as the final sale on the receipt attached to the order.

We reserve the right to not issue a refund if it does not fit the terms of our Returns Policy.

We will refund you the price that you paid for the product by the method that you used for payment, or you can request store credit.

Please note that the cost of the returns must be paid for by the customer. Initial shipping costs are also not refunded.
