Do your shipping costs vary based on the number of items purchased or on the weight of the items?
All shipping costs flat fees of the size of your order, shipping distance or weight of the order on your order.
How long does it take to receive the ordered item?
It usually takes 24 hours for orders to be processed. Your orders will be delivered within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the method of delivery. For international deliveries, it might take between 7 to 10 business days, depending on the country.
What about international duties and taxes?
Customs and import duties are charged when the parcel gets to its destination country. The charges on custom and import duties are paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we do not control these fees and cannot tell you the exact cost for different countries.
Do you do PO Box shipments?
We can't ship to PO Boxes.
